Welcome Nick Ladas to the HGI Team!
We’re happy to introduce a new member of our growing HGI family—Nick Ladas, Fire Protection Engineer!
Nick joins us from St. Paul, Minnesota, where he lives with his wife and their adventurous one-year-old son. As a registered Professional Engineer (“P.E.”) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Nick brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table. He’s especially passionate about applying his skills to protect people and property—making him a great fit for HGI and our mission.
When he’s not designing fire protection systems, you’ll likely find Nick outdoors. Whether he’s competing in triathlons, skiing down a snowy slope, or chasing a disc on the ultimate frisbee field, he’s always on the move. As a family, the Ladas crew loves to travel and explore new places—often on two wheels during a good bike ride.
Nick shared that he’s excited to be joining HGI, having heard great things about the people, projects, and company culture. He’s especially looking forward to expanding his knowledge through HGI’s collaborative teams and challenging projects. We’re confident his technical skills, positive energy, and commitment to continuous learning will make him a valuable asset to our clients and coworkers alike.
