Welcome KJ Haney – Our Newest Fire Protection Consultant!
We’re excited to welcome KJ to the team as one of our newest Fire Protection Consultants! KJ earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and is currently wrapping up his master’s degree there as well. Based in Boston, MA, KJ brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to his role. He mentioned that he chose our company for two reasons that deeply resonate with our culture: the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and the opportunity to collaborate with a team that thrives on diverse perspectives. “It was clear to me from the start,” KJ shared, “that I didn’t have to sacrifice time with my family to do meaningful work. And the mix of mindsets here is undeniable—it’s energizing.”
At home, KJ and his wife are proud parents to a 10-month-old daughter, Isla, who keeps them on their toes and fills their home with laughter. The family also includes a dog and two cats, making sure there’s never a dull moment. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, KJ is all about strength—both physical and culinary. A dedicated weightlifting and powerlifting enthusiast, he finds peace and focus through his training routine. He also has a passion for cooking, with a special love for smoking meats. From brisket to ribs, he’s always experimenting with new flavors and techniques!
