Harrington Group, Inc. continues to grow and evolve. And, in addition to hiring more engineers and technicians to take on projects, we’re excited to bring talent into new positions to help shape the future of the company. Introducing Jack Trexler, Harrington’s new Building Information Modeling (BIM) Practice Leader.
In this role, Jack will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, getting standards in place, and improving workflow. He’ll work directly with engineers and designers, bringing everyone up to speed on the latest technology and software in the industry.
“My favorite thing about doing what I do is teaching people,” Jack says. “That’s where I get my satisfaction, not so much just getting into the new technology, but showing new technology to others and helping them understand it, helping them develop new workflows.”
Jack brings a wealth of knowledge in software like Revit and AutoCAD, and designing systems for commercial and residential buildings. He comes to us after seven years with US CAD.
When he isn’t working from his home office in Fort Pierce, Florida, Jack can often be found in his garage, tinkering with cars, trucks, and anything mechanical he can get his hands on. He, his wife, and daughter love spending time at the beach, which is only a short drive away, and they’re excited to get use out of this year’s season passes to SeaWorld.
