We’re thrilled to introduce HGI’s newest Property Loss Control Consultant, Gracie Gegick! Originally from Pittsburgh/Hudson, Ohio, she currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She earned her BA in Environmental Sciences from Washington & Jefferson College and spent two years working as an environmental consultant on a variety of high-profile projects.

Gracie brings an impressive background in Incident Response and Recovery Engineering, and holds multiple certifications in her field. But she isn’t just about technical excellence—she’s an adventurer at heart. A certified botanist, she has a deep love for nature and spends much of her time exploring the Smoky Mountains. She even named her Persian cat Lupine after her favorite mountain wildflower! Gracie competes in marathons, triathlons, and CrossFit—where she not only participates, but also coaches others to reach their potential. In May, she will be graduating with her Master’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, as well as hiking/running the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim…which perfectly reflects her relentless determination!

Whether she’s out in the wilderness or pushing her limits through athletic/professional endeavors, Gracie embraces every challenge head-on. She’s excited to join HGI because of the family and community, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

Welcome to the team, Gracie!
