Ashley Lionetta, HGI’s newest Project Coordinator for the Industrial Process Safety (“IPS”) team, resides in the charming city of Nashua, NH, where she’s carved out a fulfilling life surrounded by the beauty of nature and the warmth of a close-knit community.

Her journey began with a passion for hospitality, leading her to pursue an Associates degree in Hospitality Management from Daytona State College, and she is currently taking classes to earn a Business Administration degree with a focus in Project Management. She gained invaluable knowledge working in the dynamic field of hospitality, but it was a no-brainer to trade the long, uncertain hours for a position that more closely aligned with her home life and ambitions. This led to a position as Office Support Specialist for a local insulation company, where she handled much of the day-to-day coordination, and became knowledgeable about the operations within the construction industry.  The diverse work experience of these roles has prepared her for her new role as a Project Coordinator, allowing her to blend her organizational skills with her love for planning and executing projects that bring people together and create positive, memorable experiences.

Outside of work, Ashley is an avid adventurer who finds joy in the outdoors! Whether it’s hiking through the scenic trails of New Hampshire, mountain biking across rugged terrains, or traveling to a new country, she’s always eager to explore and embrace new challenges. When Ashley isn’t outside, you’ll often find her in the kitchen, indulging in another one of her passions: baking. While she loves experimenting with new recipes and perfecting classic ones, she is best known for her famous cinnamon rolls!
