ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

Financial Operations Support

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, payroll support, and reconciliations — helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial processes.

Cross-Team Collaboration

You will work closely with the Controller, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and leadership to support project billing, client invoicing, and financial reporting needs.

Process Improvement & Organization

This role offers the opportunity to help streamline workflows, improve documentation, and support ongoing system and process enhancements.

Ownership & Accountability

You will take ownership of recurring accounting tasks and deadlines while contributing to a stable, well-organized finance function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process accounts payable invoices and manage vendor payments

  • Generate and distribute client invoices and support collections activities

  • Reconcile corporate credit cards and review employee expense reports

  • Support payroll processing and 401(k) contribution uploads

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end and year-end close activities

  • Process project-related invoices and supporting documentation

  • Enter and reconcile cash receipts and banking transactions

  • Support ERP system administration related to accounting and timesheets

  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) environment preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems (Unanet preferred)

  • Payroll and benefits administration experience a plus
